Over 50 exhibitors will showcase local and national retrofit service providers, manufacturers and suppliers to provide a unique opportunity to explore the latest innovations and approaches to retrofit at-scale. The relaxed, sociable atmosphere offers the perfect environment to learn more about best-practice while building new relationships.
From established global brands to local start-ups, natural insulation products to the latest high tech heat pumps, you’ll discover more retrofit solutions in a few hours at The Home Upgrade Show than you will at many other construction industry events. We are #AllForRetrofit. Are you?

Workshops & Collaboration Sessions
This year, we're expanding the workshop and training programme over the 2-day event to include even more practical talks and training sessions.
As well as the free workshops, we're adding the new Collaboration Theatre programme this year. With your involvement, themed and facilitated sessions will examine some of the key opportunities the region faces, as more devolution enables retrofit scale-up: workforce and skills, community engagement, consumer advice, support and protection, supply change market development…
Join us for a practical workshop, training or collaboration session – register now and we will make sure that you’re kept updated.
Networking & Social
The Home Upgrade Show provides a great chance for visitors to connect with others who share similar interests, allowing them to freely discuss their projects and challenges in an inspiring venue and collaborative environment.
Jump into the discussions happening across the three beautiful Edwardian pool buildings, inspiring break-out spaces and sociable refreshment areas. You’ll find plenty of room to keep working while you’re at the event, with work stations, great wifi and charging points located around the venue.
We're working with regional stakeholders to bring you a great programme of sociable networking sessions – make sure you register to be kept up to date with content and activities.

What people say about Retrofit Action Week events
You guys are great, very inspiring, you've made the day for me, thank-you 👏🏼
A great event to attend. Met an awful lot of interesting people from a lot of different backgrounds, social housing providers, contractors, installers. It's particularly useful to see how different people can speak to each other about retrofit
Nice and compact…plenty of time to have a good chat with everyone - met some good people and you see the highlights. The workshops were very interesting which led to making some good relationships with architects and different builders and stuff that's going to be a good working relationship going forward
Thanks everyone for all the lovely conversations and talks - very insightful
My main takeaway today was meeting the guys on the CITB training stall - that was absolutely outstanding
I think strengthening the kind of network of contacts and the retrofit industry in the Northwest was the most important thing for us. Meeting contractors and people who are interested in pushing retrofit forward, whether that be social housing providers, whether that be community groups, that sort of thing - looking at how it can be done at scale
